Our People

While our rates may be in line with those of other business brokers, our credentials are a cut above.  Selling the business is perhaps the most important decision a business owner will ever make.  The choice of business broker can yield disastrous or stupendous results in the end, depending on the qualifications, expertise, and track record of the brokerage firm.

Our team of professionals is second to none in the industry.  A few of our key team members include:

Kat Cook

Kat currently serves Broadstreet as the Director of Business Development.  Kat’s primary focus is to build awareness about Broadstreet among prospective clients and referral sources and to develop and maintain relationships with current and past clients.  She is an advocate for Broadstreet’s unique process that assists business owners with the highest level of guidance at the most critical stage of the business life cycle – the divestiture stage.
